Naughty Nurse

Naughty Nurse is a fan made game inspired by the game 'Lunch Lady' by 'Manic Mice'. Naughty Nurse is a survival horror game. Medical bills are coming due, and the cost of healthcare has risen. Run through several haunted locations to collect the bills, but be careful. A murderous nurse will try to stop you from escaping, giving you a wide variety of effects. Will you live, will you escape? It's up to you, her mood, and your ability to run and hide.

Naughty Nurse launches into Steam Early Access on October 30, 2026 as a single-player game. 1-4 player online co-op and LAN multiplayer are planned for future updates.

Playtest Round 1 has concluded. Naughty Nurse launches into Steam Early Access on October 30, 2026. Active playtesters who contributed feedback will receive a free permanent license.
